Nathan Ehni, Principal

Nathan began his career in the construction industry in 1997 as a high school student, working for a small company where he discovered his passion for construction and Caterpillar equipment. Following in his father’s footsteps, who retired as “The Legend” of the West Coast for Caterpillar, Nathan started as a shop mechanic, advanced to a field truck role, and was promoted to sales at age 21. Guided by his father’s wisdom—“keep it simple, know your product, know your customer”—Nathan earned recognition for his hard work, dedication, and strong customer relationships. Over the years, he was nationally honored by Caterpillar as a market leader. In 2014, Nathan partnered with Louis, transitioning into ownership with a shared vision of building a “Premier Rental Equipment Supplier” for the Northern California market. In 2025, Nathan purchased the business, solidifying his commitment to its growth and legacy. Beyond his professional success, Nathan is dedicated to passing down the values of hard work and focus to his two sons, sharing the work ethic that has defined his career.
